Roller Coaster Birthday Cake

We made this two tiered roller coaster themed birthday cake for Ryan's 8th birthday last week. The bottom tier is red with a yellow and black roller coaster design. We carried the roller coaster theme to the upper tier and also added an electric guitar (since he loves the Aerosmith roller coaster in Disney World) and his name in lime green. A yellow #8 tops the cake and yellow, green, blue, and red stars shoot out from both tiers.
