Damask Ballerina Birthday Cake

This pretty ballerina inspired cake was created for a birthday celebration. The bottom tier of the cake is purple with white damask, the top tier of the cake is white with a quilted pattern. A ballerina silhouette graces the front of the top tier and a pair of toe-shoes completes the cake.
