- Our booking lead time is 2-6 weeks in advance depending on our availability.
- An order is considered booked once the design, flavors & payment has been finalized and you receive confirmation from our staff.
- The cake decorating staff has EXTREMELY LIMITED email and phone access on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as we are very busy prepping the orders going out.
- We take full payment at time of booking.
- Design or size changes can be made up until 15 days before the due date.
- Cancellations can be processed up until 15 days before the due date.
- Delivery is available, priced depending on location.
