Italian Themed 100th Birthday Cake

We recently had the great pleasure of creating this Italian themed 100th birthday cake! When we asked Fil what her secret to a long life is, she said "Beer and hot dogs!". This custom fondant cake features a wine barrel, the roman Colosseum, tuscan sunfowers, italian flags, spaghetti, italian postcards, cannoli's, italian artwork, a collection of facts from Fil's birthyear, and of course - Italian beer and a basket of hot dogs!
