Rainbow Coach Sculpted Purse Birthday Cake

Last weekend we created this brightly colored purse birthday cake. The purse cake is covered in white fondant with fondant cut outs in bright pink, blue, green, and orange. The bright pink handles are made of modeling chocolate.

The birthday girl sent us this message:

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for my dream cake it was just what I wanted and MORE!! And it tasted great too!! Thanks again Karin!
