Blown Away Bette Cake

I had the opportunity to take a cake sculpting class with Kaysie Lackey of The People's Cake in Seattle, Washington, and this was the cake we created. She is a mixture of cake (her skirt and umbrella!), modeling chocolate, and fondant.
